Project Associate, Bioanalytical

Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • The Project Associate is helping for coordinating and running processes associated with the bioanalytical method development in Translational Sciences
  • This includes working with bioanalytical project managers and scientists in communication with internal teams and external specialty laboratories, ensuring timelines, and coordinating the scheduling of meetings including preparing meeting agenda, taking, distributing and archiving meeting minutes, and track action items and coordinating team activities
  • Ensure the timely Trial Master File (TMF) check in and compliant of all associated documentation throughout the clinical studies
  • Help the team on SOW submission, generation of Change Orders, tracking and reviewing invoices as well as managing budget and POs
  • Backup project managers as liaison with specialty labs and internal project teams to facilitate the flow of information between parties
  • Work with clinical trial managers (CTM) or clinical trial specialist (CTSs) to provide sample inventory update for clinical sample analysis
  • Help Bioanalytical team to maintain and update study-specific (Trial Master File) TMFs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Life Science with 2-4 years working experience in industry setting preferred 
  • Strong planning and organizational skills and problem-solving skills
  • Focused on practical, common sense approaches to finding effective solutions with a focus on embedding strong quality and compliance behaviors
  • High attention to detail and willing to learn new knowledge
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong computer skills, with competency in MS Word, Excel and PPT
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and changing corporate environment
