At Ascent, we’re lucky enough to say that we go on company all-paid vacations once a year to show our employees how much we value their time, hard work, and dedication to the growth and success of our company.

Every year our top performers get to bond over great food, great weather, great company, and most importantly the beach. We believe in rewarding hard work and that there’s no better way to get to know your coworkers than to soak up some sun outside the office. We call this incentive program, The Circle of Excellence. 

The Circle of Excellence is a performance-based award program for all of our employees. It was created to drive productivity and motivate our team members to reach their potential and to show our staff just how much we value their commitment to Ascent. Every year a handful of employees who exceed their production goals get to enjoy a weekend in paradise. 

Each year the Circle of Excellence changes, the program reboots and we plan a new destination. In the past, we’ve been to Puerta Vallarta, the Bahamas, and our next destination is to Turtle Bay, Oahu in Hawaii. As you can tell we thrive on taking our staff to tropical locations across the world because there’s nothing better than salty air and an ocean breeze. Our workforce will get to destress from the grind, kickback, and relax on our upcoming 2020 trip.

Our employees are moving full-speed towards paradise this year and nothing is standing in their way.
